Andhra Pradesh government is going to build an iconic building for non-resident Indians (NRIs) of Telugu. The NRI Bhavan is going to come in 23 floors in Amaravati, capital of Andhra Pradesh. The design of the building is going to look in Roman Letter "A", where design, prepared by a South Korean company, has been approved.
NRI Telugu Society will purchase 25 acres and start the construction from June. The building will have a plinth area of about 4 lakh sft. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 150 crore, where the funds will be mobilized from NRI's from 86 countries around the world

ITC Agro Division, which is doing a business of Rs.8000 crores is shifting its headquarters from Hyderabad to Guntur. It is also planning to produce new commodities.
For this, ITC is planning to build a half-a-million square foot of residential and office space to locate the headquarters of the agri-business division. For this it is going to spend around 200 crores. ITC is going to shift its 500 employees to Guntur.
The companys shift will help the farmers in Gunutr.
Last week ITC also laid foundation for a 5 start hotel in Guntur, with around Rs.145 crores
