APS RTC is running special bus services to Velagapudi, where secretariat construction is going on. These services are run from Guntur. The route follows from Guntur Bus Stand, Tadikonda Adda Road, Tulluru to Secretariat Construction Place at Velagapudi.
Very soon, RTC is planning to run frequent services to all the Villages in Capital Region
