A small accident between a TVS rider and a cyclist has led to death of the TVS rider in Kankipadu. A quarrel has been occurred between two. Cyclist Kiran, has kicked hardly on the head of the TVS rider Polluru Sambasivarao (40 Years). Sambasivarao, has died in this incident. Police has arrested the Cyclist.
