Knight Frank LLP, who is an independent global property consultancy, studied about the capital of Andhra Pradesh Capital, Amaravati and predicted that, it is going to be a Power Center of the country.
The report says that, the strategic location of Amaravati and the proposed infrastructure development are set to make it a world class centre.
Huge Investment proposals from domestic and international corporates, will help in the boost of the real estate, said the report. The proposed Greenfield capital had already generated unprecedented interest in the surrounding areas and the two urban centres Vijayawada and Guntur would be the biggest gainers of this interest, and would benefit the most from the new capital.
