Amity University, one of the top Private University in India, is likely to set up its campus in Amaravati, the new capital of Andhra Pradesh. Amity University is likely to open admissions by 2017. Atul Chauhan, Chancellor of Amity University, met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at his residence and discussed about this. Chief Minister said, he wants to encourage best universities in the world to set up their campuses in Amaravati
Amity University is established in 2005, with its rapid growth, it has set up 11 universities, 20 campuses and 18 schools across the country.
