Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has declared that, the Krishna Pushkaralu will be started officially by Kanchi seers Jayendra Saraswati and Vijayendra Saraswati on August 12th.
Chief Minister said that, with the holy dip of the Kanchi seers, the Krishna puhskarams would be started officially. He said that all together in the three districts of Krishna, Guntur and Kurnool, a total of 156 ghats are ready for the 12 day festival.
The Chief Minister said that Pavitra Harati will be given to Krishna-Godavari confluence at Ferry village near Ibrahimpatnam on August 11 evening.
