Krishna District Collector Babu.A, showed his generous nature towards a plea of 10th class handicapped student. Beemarasetti Jyotisai, is going to appear for his 10th class final exams, which are going to held from March 21st. He is a merit student and gets good percentage in the school. But as he is handicapped, he is not able to write his exams on the specified time.

Jyotisai and his father Haribabu, met Krishna District Collector at his camp office and requested to give special permission of an extra hour in the upcoming 10th class public exams and also other facilities which will be given to handicapped students while writing exams. They have given a representation in this regard to collector.

Collector has given the orders then and there itself to District Education Officer and asked to take the required measures for the student, to write the exam smoothly. Collector has given his wishes to Jyotisai and asked to continue his best performance.

One of the UK's biggest hospital, King's College Hospital, will set up a 1,000-bed world-class medical facility in Andhra Pradesh's new capital Amaravati. They are going to lay foundation in the first week of June in Amaravati, Health City.

Also they are planning to make Amaravati as their headquarters, as they plan to set up 11 hospitals in different parts of India.

A 'Health City' of 6387.67 acres has been planned in the capital and land has been reserved throughout the city for healthcare infrastructure. A medical academy and research centres are planned at Amaravati

Leading institutions like AIIMS and the Indo-UK Institute of Health have already shown interest in setting up hospitals in Andhra Pradesh Capital Amaravati

Fashion Fiesta party wear exhibition comes to an end yesterday, 14th March. A wide range of fresh fashion in apparels and jewelry were put up across sixty stalls at the Fashion Fiesta designer exhibition that is held at Sri Sesha Sai Kalyana Mandapam. Party wear, informal wear besides funky accessories were at the expo.

There are individual designers from Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Bangalore, besides the local designers. Artificial jewelry and first copy products of branded bags and watches were all present in the expo

Nitya Annadanam Scheme, would be available from 9.00 AM, at Indrakeeladri. Devotees who are coming to visit Durga Matha, now can have a meal at 9.00 AM only under this scheme. This facility was started from Sunday at Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanam.

Normally Nitya Annadanam scheme would be implemented from 11 am till 2 pm. But due to the demand and rush, Minister for Endowments P Manikayala Rao has instructed the temple officials to start from 9.00 AM only. Apart from this, devotees will be offered Pongali along with the regular menu.
