Vijayawada police are getting ready to bring the complete city under CC Camera Surveillance for Krishna Pushkarams. Cameras would be installed in every main centers of the city, bus stands, various railway stations, temporary bus stands, parking slots, pushkar nagars and on all the pushkar ghats. Around 1200 cameras would be installed in 300 places.

All the big pushkar ghats are going to be under 20 to 30 CC Camera Surveillance. For every 1000 mts, there would be one cc camera. All the cameras would be linked to police control room.

Added to the CC cameras, police are also getting ready to use 4 drone cameras.

The immigration and customs desk would be ready in Gannavaram Airport by Krishna Pushkarams. Once the interim terminal building is ready, the immigration and customs desk would come into operational in that building.

The Interim terminal building is going on under construction. Thought according to the plan it has to be completed by October, Chief Minister instructed to complete this by August, before the commencement of Krishna Pushkarams.

The interim terminal building was spread over 13,000 square meters and once the constructions is done, Immigration and customs desk will be setup at the airport. This will clear the route for international operations and the connectivity to other countries would be there from Gannvaram Airport.

Gannavaram airport traffic has increased significantly in terms of passenger traffic growth. It has increased by 64% compared to last year.

It is known that ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness) is constructing a golden temple with a cost of Rs.200 crore in Kondaveedu, Guntur District. The constructions works are started few months back and going on smoothly according to the plan.

The construction works of 108 mandirams are going on. In all these 108 mandirams, it will project the various phases of Lord Krishna. Mythological stories like ‘Godavardhanagiri’, ‘Geethopadesam’ etc.. can be known from these 108 manidrams.

The first phase works are expected to be completed within 2 years. The entire temple would be constructed with pink stone, which is imported from Rajasthan. The red sand of Rajasthan was used for these arches. Two audio-visual theaters, 4-D theatres would come, which would propagate Vedic knowledge. A musical fountain, Koneru, yagasala, medical centers and other attractions would be completed in the first phase.

The main temple work is going to start next month. The main temple would resemble in the share of Swan and the presiding deity is Venna Krishna.

After Andhra Pradesh Government, it is not the educational institutes in Amaravati region, which are giving offers to secretariat employees in Hyderabad. Though the government fixed the deadline as June 27th to shift from Hyderabad, many employees are not willing and asking many favors from government.

One of the main issue which the employees are saying is about the schools and colleges. Now the educational institutions association from Vijayawada and Guntur came forward and told that, they will admit as many students as they can. Not only this, they have also given many offers to the employees. The association told that, there is no need to pay the donations and also will be offering upto 30% discount on the fees.
