The Andhra Pradesh government will conduct a smart household survey, a first in the country. It will provide an opportunity for people to update their information.

The survey will have 20 parameters based on the socio-economic status and other important data of the individuals and of the households. The revenue department is appointed as the nodal office for the smartpulse survey. As many as 83 questions would be asked in the survery.

The survey will have key parameters like Aadhaar number bank passbook number, water bill, caste certificate and income certificate, Kisan card, DWCRA certificate and post and pre-metric scholarship. The smartpulse survey will be up to date and will be better than the census which is conducted once in 10 years. It will be more transparent as it is authenticated by the respondents.

As many as 4,539 tabs will be used to conduct the survey and everything would be processed online. “Through the use of technology we are reducing the workload of the government servants and we can achieve transparent and authentic information.” said the chief minister

The governmentis keen on providing social,food, electricity, gas,fodder, fibre grid information and water security for drinking, irrigation, industry and for the cattle.

The government has deployed 35 groups to conduct the smart pulse survey, and each enumerator will cover 14 houses to collect the required data in one day. A command centre is set up for coordination among the officials who conduct this survey.

The proofs / documents required to be apprised are: Aadhaar numbers, ration cards, voter identities, property documents, electricity bills, driving licences, vehicle registrations, Pattadar passbooks, LPG connection details, bank passbooks, salary certificates, SADARAM (disability) certificates, water bills, castes certificates, Kisan cards, pension certificates, NREGS identity cards, DWCRA membership cards, birth certificates and scholarship proofs.

With the inspiration of Godavari Haarathi in Rajahmundry, government is planning to start Krishna Nitya Haarathi at Krishna River. This is going to be done every day from Pushkarams, near Pavitra Sangamam, in Ibrahimpatnam, where Godavari water meets Krishna. The priests would be on a floating Platform and give the nine haaratis.

DVR foundation, in collaboration with Durga Temple, are going to do this event every day. DVR foundation is going to bear 25% of the expenses, while Durga Temple is going to bear 75% of the expenses

From Krishna Pushkarams, this is going to start every day. This would last for 25 minutes. From April to September it would start at 7.00 PM and from October to March, it would start at 6.30 PM

Below are the sets, from which the nine aarthis would be given. A total of 10 sets are prepared, with a cost of Rs.18.5 lakhs. These are prepared by Sri Sarvani Industries Arts and Crafts, they have handed over these to Durga Temple authorities.

pattiseema starts 0672016

Chief Minister launched all 24 pumps and released water from Pattiseema project today and scripted a golden chapter that will be etched forever in the history of Andhra Pradesh. After completing the project in a record time of less than one year, the project is pumped flood waters from Godavari to Polavaram right main canal. This is a boon for the farmers in Krishna delta in the wake of poor inflows into Srisailam and Nagarjuna Sagar.

Hailed as the first river linking project in the South India, Pattiseema Lift Irrigation project will meet the irrigation and drinking water needs of drought-prone Rayalseema region and also bring stabilisation of ayacut under Krishna delta.

The project will lift 8000 cusecs per day and a total of 80 TMC feet water through pipeline from Godavari to Krishna river irrigate 18 lakh acres that are under cultivation.

holidays for krishna pushkarams 07072016

Krishna District Collector announced holidays for all education institutions in the district and have been directed to all the education institutions to announce holidays from August 8th to 25th in view of Krishna Pushkarams. There is no exception for Private Institutions also in this regard. As many school and college campuses will be used for the pushkar activities and also shelter to the pushkar duty employees, collector has passed this order.

As, the state government asked the employees to report to the Krishna Pushkaralu duty 72 hours ahead of the muhurtam, the holidays would start from August 8th

akshya patra kithchen thullur 06072016

Akshaya Patra foundation had built a kitchen in Thullur of Capital region. From here the food items are sent to Anna Canteens in Velgapudi. Also the mid-day meals would be supplied to nearby school students in Vijayawada and Guntur.
