Best Price at Nidamunuru in Vijayawada, is completely in fire, in a major fire accident in the early hours of Saturday.

According to reports, the fire accident is due to short circuit. Around 8 Fire Engines have reached the spot and trying to bring the fire under control.

Reports say that, the material inside Best Price is totally burnt in the accident.

Due to this major fire accident, there is traffic jam on NH-5. Police are controlling the traffic on the National Highway at Nidamanuru, Vijayawada.

Vizag, The city of destiny is going to have its India’s tallest musical fountain. Already the train run is done and it is pleasure to watch. This is going to be inaugurated by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu very soon.

This would be an another tourist attracting to vizag, as this is the tallest musical fountain in India. This is designed, developed and installed by Orient Fountains of China at a cost of Rs 4.5 crore.

The fountain jets water to a height of 40 to 50 meters, with a pleasant music in the background. Oscillating vertically at 360 degrees, the fountain dances to the tune of digital music in different colours. This musical foundation is build in a area of 800 square meters. The fountain in all will showcase 64 events. The overall play time of this is around 45 minutes.

The fountain beats the Gujarat Science City musical fountain, which goes up to a height of 30 meters only. Vuda is planning to organise four such shows in the first phase charging a modest price of Rs 25.

As part of infrastructural development works at Vijayawada, replacement of Route Relay Interlocking (RRI) is being taken up from 20th to 28th September, 2016. These major development works are resulting in imposing of Traffic Block / Power Block. In order to execute the replacement of Route Relay Interlocking works, 215 trains are diverted during the above mentioned period. Another 241 Trains are Cancelled & 361 Trains Partially Cancelled due to RRI work at Vijayawada.

The special status if not, special package to Andhra Pradesh is likely to be announced today at 2.30 PM, where Union Ministers, Arun Jaitley and Venkayya Naidu will held a joint press conference.

According to reports, Centre is going to give a big package equivalent to special category status .

• 100 per cent of the funds on Polavaram project is likely to emerge.
• A Rs.500 crore special fund to promote industries in the state
• Tax exemption to prospective industrialists besides incentives.
• Railway Zone to Vijayawada, instead of Visakhapatnam.
• Clear assurance to the state on funds to the new state capital
• Clarifying on revenue deficit.
• The package also takes care of 30 per cent difference between the devolution of funds to the state on account of the special status and general devolution of funds.
